About this month’s topic:
This lecture will discuss how spinal cord injury can impact many aspects of an individual’s life, in addition to impacting his or her family, friends, and community. This includes the ability to establish and maintain healthy relationships and lifestyle practices, such as engaging in exercise and optimal nutritional habits.
Our panel of health care professionals will address these challenges and share strategies on how to discover and achieve healthy options that empower the lives of those living with spinal cord injury.
