Please take ACTION TODAY on Proposed Substitute Bill No. 325:  AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID RECIPIENTS WITH COMPLEX MEDICAL NEEDS.

 The two suggested changes below will insure that people with disabilities are not legally required to use refurbished equipment.   

DO 2 QUICK THINGS TODAY - TAKE ACTION BY

 1. Calling and/or Emailing the following Co-Chairs of Appropriations Cmte and Human Services Cmte

 2. Suggesting the following two changes: 

Ø  DELETE the new underlined language that begins at the end of line 9 and ends at the beginning of line 13;

Ø  INSERT after 'utilized' on line 9, the words 'On Voluntary Basis'
