SCI/CARP Pot-luck Cookout on the CT River

The Greater Hartford Jaycees Community Boathouse at

Riverside Park, Leibert Road, Hartford

Wednesday, August 17th, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.

We need to know the number of individuals planning to attend and what salad or side dish you will bring to share. Please bring your own beverage- soda, ice tea, water… All hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers and grilling essentials will be provided!

This cookout is open to all persons with a Spinal Cord Injury, family, friends and CARP Members. This program is co-sponsored by the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, Connecticut Chapter and facilitated by Bryan Tronosky, PT, Nicole Burdick, OTR/L and Paige McCullough-Casciano, CTRS from Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital.

Directions:

From North of Hartford, I-91 to Exit 33, At end of ramp take a left onto Jennings Road and go over the overpass. Take first right onto Leibert Road and go past Connecticut Transit. The entrance to the park is on your left.

From South of Hartford, take exit 33 off I-91. At the end of ramp, take a right onto Jennings Road. Take first right onto Leibert Road and go past Connecticut Transit. The entrance to the park is on your left.)
